Any new residential service customers must complete a service application, provide a copy of a government issued photo ID, and pay a meter deposit. The deposit will be $50 with a credit reference from the most recent electric utility provider (obtained by the customer) or $150 without a credit reference. Customers have the option of paying their bill automatically through a checking or savings account by submitting the Automatic Payment Form below. Service will not be granted until all is provided.
Bills are due on the 18th of the month.
